Smoke Cartel: A Heady Review

Smoke Cartel is a booming online head shop that is dominating the United States glass pipe industry. This Savannah, Georgia based start-up has a huge customer/fan base already. Smoke Cartel, offers high quality unique glass pipes that are American made, along with beautiful foreign made glass.  To go with their great products their shipping is free and discrete, and they don’t leave you waiting long for you water pipe to come in either.  As their website states “ We’re dedicated to good products. good service, and serving good people. “ 

 From the Smoke Cartel YouTube Channel , they seem really laid back, positive and dedicated to serving their cliental.  Smoke Cartel has an awesome marketing team.  They produce demo videos for most if not all of their products, which plays a big part with me because I, like most people, prefer to see the water pipe I’m buying bubble up before I buy it.  Especially, with these new twister pipes, honeycomb diffusers, multiple cambered works of art.  

           

            Two weeks before I started writing this article I placed a small order with Smoke Cartel worth $70, and I had my roommate order a significantly larger order worth $300, with the same shipping just to see if they send out larger orders faster then smaller orders.  I have done this test on other online head shops and the pricier package almost always comes before the cheaper one.  This annoys the shit out of me! Especially, when you broke your favorite water pipe, realize you’re broke, can’t spend $300 on a heady glass piece and just want something to smoke out of. Cheaper places you find online take forever, sometimes more then a whole month.   Smoke Cartel is dedicated to quick and awesome customer service. I know this because both my roommate and I got our packages one week later on the same day.
